CLU offers new programs
for elementary school paraprofessionals

California Lutheran University (CLU) will offer an evening liberal studies bachelor’s degree and teaching credential program for school paraprofessionals who aspire to be credentialed teachers beginning in the fall of 2004. All classes are scheduled in the late afternoon or evening. Courses are accelerated and designed to fit an 11-week quarter system.

CLU is also offering free tutoring in Ventura and Thousand Oaks for school paraprofessionals who need help with college-level English, writing and/or math classes. Bilingual tutoring in English and Spanish is also available. For more information about times and locations, please call (805) 493-3701.
