Artist to demonstrate watercolors
      Artist Judy Koenig will demonstrate a newer watercolor technique of interest to hobbyists and professional artists from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fri., Jan. 19 at the Simi Valley Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road. Koenig will use ink resist and watercolor as a way to achieve a different effect.
