Moorpark man takes position at Westlake banking firm

Moorpark resident Sal Sandoval has joined Montecito Bank & Trust as a senior relationship manager at the Westlake Village branch, 968 S. Westlake Blvd.

“We are so pleased to have Sal join our team. His experience with lending to businesses and building

strong relationships with them expands our capabilities in the Westlake market,” said Dan Anderson, community president of the Westlake Village branch. “Sal’s community involvement and commitment is a good fit with Montecito Bank & Trust’s Community Dividends focus in the Conejo Valley.”

Sandoval has more than 25 years experience in the financial industry, serving commercial and retail clients. He was a local mortgage broker for five years and also played an integral part in the formation of a new savings and loan.

Sandoval received a bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran College. He lives in Moorpark with his family and currently serves as the vice president for development on the board of directors at the Boys & Girls Club of Moorpark.

Montecito Bank & Trust is a locally owned community bank founded in 1975. The bank has branch offices in Westlake Village, Carpinteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara and Goleta.
