Commercial real estate leasing active in Moorpark

Brokers in the Calabasas office of Lee & Associates- LA North/Ventura Inc. have written three industrial leases worth $1.6 million in 2006 third quarter activity, including one in Moorpark.

5152 N. Commerce Ave., Moorpark. Approximately 60 percent of this industrial facility, 65,000 square feet, was leased to Aquaria Inc. as a short-term arrangement and consideration of $117,000.

The company manufactures consumer aquariums and related products.

A team of Lee & Associates brokers, Colin Foutz, Grant Fulkerson and Scott Linklater, represented the owner, MacLand, LLC in the transaction. Bob Kahn of CBRE brought in the lessee.
