Mike and Pat Hanley

The award for top selling agents from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for October 2006 was won by the husband and wife team of Mike and Pat Hanley. They also took the award for top selling agents in January and March, and top producers in May.

The Hanleys are known for their work within the community and are local area experts. They have earned thousands of dollars in grants for Thousand Oaks High School, including awards from Prudential California Realty. Most recently, Pat Hanley co-chaired "Every 15 Minutes," a detailed program presented once every two years and targeted toward high school juniors and seniors to deter them from drinking and driving.
