Someone broke into a vehicle and stole items between 10:15 p.m. Jan 5 and 9 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 13000 block of Christina Barrett Drive.

An intoxicated man beat a victim in the face in the parking lot at the corner of Moorpark Avenue and Third Street at 3:35 a.m. Jan. 6.

During a traffic stop, a man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance at 4:33 p.m. Jan. 7 at Moorpark Avenue and Park Crest Lane. A glass pipe was also found in his backpack.

A man and woman were both arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 9:05 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 15000 block of East Arroyo Avenue.

A man stole property from a vehicle parked in the 11000 block of Northdale Drive between 9:30 p.m. Jan. 7 and 7:30 a.m. Jan. 8.

Someone vandalized the property and spray-painted graffiti at Chaparral School at 280 Poindexter. This was discovered at 6 am. Jan. 8.

A woman was arrested during a traffic stop for being in possession of a controlled substance and non-prescribed pills at 2:35 a.m. Jan. 9 at the intersection of High Street and Moorpark Avenue.

A known suspect stole $400 worth of merchandise from the Target store at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 9.

A woman took merchandise out of the Target store without paying for it at 1:56 p.m. Jan. 9.

Two women stole items from the Target store by placing the merchandise in their purses at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 9.

A man and a woman both punched and kicked a store manager at 7:15 p.m. Jan. 10 at a restaurant in the 300 block of Los Angeles Avenue. The manager then grabbed the wrist of a woman and pulled her out of the building at 7:22 p.m.

Two men were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 11 on Majestic Avenue.

Deputies went to a man's house for a parole check. The man, who had outstanding warrants, was found hiding in a linen closet under a pile of clothes at 5:16 p.m. Jan. 11 in the 400 block of Charles Street. A glass smoking pipe was also found on the premises.

A woman and a man who had committed battery on Dec. 29 in the 300 block of Sherman Avenue. were both arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 at the same location.

Someone stole more than $400 worth of property from a car parked at the corner of Julliard and Loyola streets between 10:25 p.m. Jan. 12 and 1:15 a.m. Jan. 13.

Unknown suspects stole two Bryant air conditioners from Pardee Homes in the 13000 block of Elkton Court between 5 p.m. Jan. 12 and 9 a.m. Jan. 13.
