Accident scene remembered
FLOWERS AND PRAYERS- A makeshift shrine appeared this week along the railroad tracks where Moorpark resident Lowell Withington's truck was struck by an Amtrack train on Jan. 29 as he tried to drive through an unmarked crossing to visit a piece of property he leased. Withington was pronounced dead on the scene.
