Grand jury to host open house

There will be a Ventura County Grand Jury open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fri., March 23 on the third floor of 646 County Square Drive, Ventura, across Victoria Avenue from the County Government Center.

Attendees will meet the current jurors, learn about grand jury service and view the chambers. Refreshments will be served.

There will be a brief overview and discussion of the history and functions of the grand jury at 11:15 a.m., 12:15 and 1:15 p.m.
