Bank vicepresident named

Sim Tang-Paradis has recently joined California Oaks State Bank as vice president and SBA business development officer.

She has more than 16 years experience in financial services and SBA loans, and has held leadership positions with Business Partners LLC, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, Washington Mutual Bank and First Interstate Bank.

At Business Partner, TangParadis served as the assistant vice president of the Small Business & SBA Department and was the national sales manager.

TangParadis has been a resident of Ventura County for more than 26 years. She is a graduate of the Western Banking School at the University of Nevada-Reno, and has attended training in finance, leadership and management.
