City crime watch is a good idea

I agree with the Moorpark Acorn's suggestion that the formation of a communitywide crime watch program is needed ("Moorpark crime wave must be stopped"), particularly in the area of graffiti. I have noticed an increase ograffiti in my neighborhood and even on the grounds of my kidselementary school, and I'd like to see something done.
