Media Day to present journalism skills, jobs

Electronic and print journalism students seeking to improve their journalism skills and newspaper operations, explore career opportunities or expand their knowledge of today's issues are invited to Media Day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., April 28. in the Library/Learning Resources Center at Moorpark College.

Media Day is open to students

in high school and

college. Advisers, parents and community members may also find the workshops informational.

The conference is jointly sponsored by the Journalism Program at Moorpark College, the Moorpark College Outreach Office and the California Newspaper Publishers Association.
