Bible scholar to teach at Moorpark Presbyterian

Dr. Dale Bruner, retired professor of New Testament at Whitworth College in Spokane, Wash. will give a presentation at 6:30 p.m. Sun., May 6 in the Fellowship Hall at Moorpark Presbyterian Church, 13950 Peach Hill Road.

Bruner will teach on the events surrounding the raising of Lazarus in the Gospel of John 11.

Bruner is the author of commentaries on the Gospels of Matthew and John, and teaches at First Hollywood Presbyterian Church.

Light refreshments and dessert will be served. Childcare will be provided.
