Public invited to review new science books

The Moorpark Unified School District is reviewing two elementary science programs- Houghton Mifflin and Pearson/ ScottForesman- to select one for the upcoming science textbook adoption.

Samples of both series will be on display from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays until Fri., April 27 at the district office, 5297 Maureen Lane, Moorpark. Teachers, staff and parents are invited to review the materials.
