Women business owners to give awards

The Ventura County chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners will host its ninth annual Bravo Awards Luncheon, "Celebrating the Power of Women," from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Fri., May 11 at the Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive.

This event honors local women for their participation in education, community and youth advocacy, as well their success in business.
