Congratulations to the bands

MAGNIFICENT MUSICIANS- The Moorpark High School Concert and Jazz bands competed in the Performing Arts Festival at the Lindner Center in Chicago, Ill. on May 21. The Concert Band placed second and the Jazz Band won first place. In Chicago, the students visited the Sears Tower and the Museum of Science and Industry, took a dinner cruise from the Navy Pier Spirit Cruises and saw the musical "Ragtime" and a show at Medieval Times. The musical groups are under the direction of Robert Hackett, Mike Gangemi and Daniel Cook.
