Open house, auction at Chaparral

Chaparral Middle School will host Showcase of the Stars from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thurs., May 10 at the campus, 280 Poindexter Ave., Moorpark.

The evening will include a teacher open house, art, music, poetry, theme-basket raffles, food and a live auction. The public is invited.
