SECOND START- Brian Angel, Vision Wireless owner, cuts the ribbon for the grand re-opening of Vision Wireless in Moorpark. The company signed an exclusive Verizon Wireless deal in June 2006 which required moving farther away from another Verizon Wireless store in the Moorpark Marketplace that was too close to avoid overlapping business.
