High Studio plans a variety of art exhbits

Downtown Moorpark's fine art and dance studio, High Studio, will present the following upcoming shows at 11 E. High St., Moorpark.

+"Abstract Naturalists and Images of Women" is a group exhibit of paintings and sculptures showing through June 29. An artist reception will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sat., June 9.

+"Laughter is the Best Medicine II" assemblage art will be on display from July 9 through Aug. 17. A special fundraiser day for the American Stroke Association will be from noon to 8 p.m. Sat., July 21.

+"Architects Creating Art" group exhibit is scheduled from Aug. 25 through Oct. 19, with an artist reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Sat., Sept. 1.

+"Small Works" group exhibit will be presented from Oct. 27 through Dec. 29. The artist reception will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sat., Nov. 3.
