Support the local arts center

As a proud parent of a participant of all the productions that my daughter has been in, I would like to commend Rosemary Moffatt and the many that help her for putting on "Grease Jr." My daughter, who is a teen and loves theater, has been privileged enough to participate in all of the productions that were held at the beautiful High Street Theatre.

I encourage all parents, grandparents, teens and children, as well as all the citizens that live in Moorpark and all other cities in Ventura County, to come to this beautiful theater. The theater needs your support and is an integral part of Moorpark and High Street.

High Street needs badly to have some wonderful businesses join the ones already there to help increase the walking traffic of High Street. What more can you ask of a beautiful and peaceful town than a wonderful downtown with the High Street Theatre being the mainstay and hub for the city of Moorpark?

Please support the theater and all the wonderful productions, and kudos to all that participated in the wonderful performance "Grease Jr.," as well as the many other performances that take place with the youth of our beautiful city. Lisa Padilla Moorpark
