Donations requested for high school academic competitors

Moorpark Future Business Leaders of America requests contributions to support the seven students who have qualified to compete in the academic National Competitions this June in Chicago.

These students represent Moorpark High School and will compete against hundreds of students from schools across the nation.

The school had 103 students competing this year at the TriCounty Gold Coast Section Competitions. Of those, 43 qualified to compete at the California State Competitions in Northern California, and of those, these seven have qualified for Nationals.

These students are responsible for paying for their own airfare, hotel accommodations, registration and food.

Monetary donations of any size will be appreciated. Make checks payable to Moorpark FBLA, and send to Moorpark High School FBLA, c/o Zosia Blair, 4500 N. Tierra Rejada Blvd., Moorpark, CA 93021.
