+Joe Wilson never served as a CIA operative, as stated a page 1 caption of the May 25 issue. Wilson also never served as the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, although Wilson did serve as the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq from 1988 to 1991.

+In the photo caption for "Safety first with First 5" on page 24 of the May 25 edition, the First 5 Family Resource Center was credited for giving away free car seats to families that needed them. Safe Kids Ventura County, part of Safe Kids Worldwide, was the agency that gave away the free car seats.
