The awards for top selling agent and top producer from Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office for March 2007 were won by Lisa Topor.

Topor has long held the title as the number one agent in the company's Camarillo office. This year was no exception. In February, at the company's yearly banquet, Topor was in the limelight. Her first achievement of the day was taking Prudential's Chairman's Circle Gold award for her production in 2006. Within the Prudential organization, an agent who has been a member of the Chairman's Circle for five years or more joins the Legend group. A much smaller group is comprised of the 10Year Legend winners. On that morning, Topor joined the elite group as the newest member of the 10Year Legends. Congratulations are extended by management and colleagues alike.

The honors for top producer in February 2007 for Prudential California Realty's Oxnard/Channel Islands office went to Rebecca Branscome.

Branscome lived in Santa Barbara from 1978 until 2001. A true area expert, she owned a series of retail stores specializing in interior decor for residences and the restaurant industry. She created decor packages for more that 250 restaurant locations. Her listing clients benefit from this expertise, because she knows exactly how to "stage" a home to optimize it for sale.

Branscome loves the beach and chose to purchase a home in Oxnard that puts her only a half block from it. Now a seasoned real estate professional, Branscome specializes in beach properties from Santa Barbara to Oxnard. "I love people, and I love helping them find the home of their dreams, just like I did," said Branscome.
