A man was allegedly the victim of a battery in the 13200 block of Peach Hill Road on July 1.

Thieves stole a laptop computer in the 14900 block of Marquette Street on June 30.

A man was allegedly battered and his car damaged by rocks and kicking in the 50 block of West Los Angeles Avenue on June 30.

Between June 25 and 26 vandals painted gang-like graffiti on trucks parked in the 14300 block of White Sage Road.

A car sustained over $400 in damages from scratches made with a sharp object. The crime took place in the 15100 block of Varsity Street on June 27.

Someone threw bricks at two different cars in the 200 block of Sherman Avenue on June 27, causing damage to the paint and windows.

Thieves removed personal property from a residence in the 11900 block of Maple Crest Street between June 18 and 19.

Burglars entered two vehicles parked on the 12500 block of Spring Creek Road and removed personal property between June 26 and 27.

Shoplifters took items from the Kohl's department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on June 26.

In the 11200 block of Barranca Road between June 22 and 24 someone broke a window by shooting a BB gun at it.

A home was burglarized in the 11000 block of Hildreth Court between June 23 and 24. A laptop computer and a camera were among the items stolen.

Employees stole items from Chick's Sporting Goods in the 700 block of Los Angeles Avenue between June 21 and 22.

Burglars stole items from the William Lyon Homes construction site on Walnut Canyon Road between June 18 and 19.

A thief took items from the Kohl's department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on June 16.

Between June 14 and 15 someone broke into a parked car in the 3300 block of Chestnut Lane and stole a purse and a wallet.

Vandals used an explosive device to destroy a person's mailbox in the 13700 block of Laurelhurst Road between May 5 and 6.

A young man was arrested for applying graffiti to along the alley behind Mavericks Sports Gym July 1.

A man called the police from the 12400 block of Rainier Street on June 27 and said he was the victim of a kidnapping. During the followup investigation, he admitted he made up the incident, and he was subsequently arrested for turning in a false report of a crime.

Two women were seen removing items from the Kohl's department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on June 26. Upon arrest, they admitted to stealing the items.

A man was pulled over at an unspecified location for driving his motorcycle at night without using the headlight. During questioning, the man was found to be in possession of a stiletto knife, for which he was arrested.

On June 24, a man who was allegedly the cause of an accident at Spring Road, just south of High Street, was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.
