Burglars broke into a locked car sometime between July 5 and July 7 in the 500 block of Spring Street and stole cash from inside the vehicle.

During a stop for a traffic violation on July 22 in an unspecified area of Moorpark, the officer at the scene detected the odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle. Upon a search, a bottle of vodka was discovered and the female driver was arrested.

During a stop for two traffic violations on July 22 at an unspecified area of town, the driver was found to have a fake driver's license.

On July 17 on Tierra Rejada Road near Courtney Road, officers cited a man for engaging in a speed contest with another driver.

On July 15 on Laurelhurst Road and Brookdale Lane, during a traffic stop for suspicious activity, a passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of seven blue Clonazepan (Klonopin) pills for which he could not produce a prescription. The man was arrested.

A man walking at the intersection of Shasta and Palomar on July 13 showed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of illegal drugs, and he was arrested.

On July 12 a woman in the 14700 block of Hartford Street was arrested for violating a court order by contacting someone living in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road.
