Julio Gomez

Along with the management and staff of Prudential California Realty, broker/owner Bob Majorino welcomes real estate professional Julio Gomez to the Oxnard/ Channel Islands branch.

A full-time, bilingual agent since 1999, Gomez has consistently brought his clients the highest echelon of real estate knowledge, expertise, networking and negotiating strengths. He enjoys working with his clients and is sensitive to their needs, always keeping their best interests as his priority.

Gomez is a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors Association. Within that organization, he is a member of the professionals committee, a certified mediator and has been on the board of directors for three years. He is also a member of the Real Estate Fraud Advisor Team, which works in agreement with the VCCAR and the DA's office.

Gomez has been selected to represent a national bank's real estateowned properties. REO properties have come back into the bank's portfolio via a foreclosure process. The purchase of an REO property is much different than a conventional home, and Gomez is now a trained expert in this field. Gomez has a hardworking, high-energy approach and is well liked by his clients, their families and other real estate agents. He focuses on Ventura County, where he specializes in residential, income and investment properties.
