Call for entries in gourd art show

Artists are invited to submit entries for a four-day exhibition of gourd art scheduled for Oct. 14 through 17 at the Moorpark Civic Center Citrus Room.

All work submitted should be made primarily from a gourd. Entries are limited to no more than five per person.

Pieces will be exhibited on tables or counter areas. Artists may provide their own stands if desired. There is no entry fee.

Submit all artwork for the show between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.. on either Mon. or Tues., Oct 8 or 9 to the Moorpark Active Adult Center, 700 Moorpark Ave.
