Jewish memorial service in Simi Valley

Fulfilling a tradition during the Jewish High Holidays, Mount Sinai Memorial Parks will host the 53rd annual Kever Avot community memorial service at the Kamenir Chapel at 10 a.m. Sun., Sept. 16 at 6150 Mount Sinai Drive, Simi Valley.

The traditional Jewish service of memorialization and remembrance will feature a keynote memorial address by writer and scholar Dr. Michael Berenbaum, with music by Cantor Rochelle Krause and cantorial soloist Ricki Gole.
