Mike Schmanski, a Realtor in Rodeo Realty's Calabasas office, had an outstanding turnout as he continued his tradition of giving back to his community by serving InN-Out burgers to friends and neighbors at his annual "Neighborhood Appreciation" cookout.

" M y neighbors are simply the best, and it is my way of thanking them for their continued support," said Schmanski. "The smiles on their faces light up the early evening sky with gratitude and appreciation." Neighbors appreciated the free double-doubles and chips as Schmanski greeted everyone in line and made everyone feel welcome.
