Strathearn Park gets spooky

The Ventura County Cultural Association and Simi Valley Historical Society will present Ghost Tour, Oct. 12 to 14, 19 to 21 and 26 to 28 at Strathearn Historical Park, 137 Strathearn Place, Simi Valley.

The Ghost Tour is a one-hour walking tour leaving about every 10 minutes from the park. Times are 7 to 10 p.m. Fridays, 6 to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 6 to 9:30 p.m. Sundays.

Guests can meet the "ghosts" of the famous and infamous of Simi Valley as they once lived- and died.

Tickets are $7. Reservations are recommended for groups of 20 or more.
