Food drive starts

FOOD Share Inc., Ventura County's Regional Food Bank, is conducting its annual food and fund drive now through Dec. 24.

Organizers hope to collect 175,000 pounds of nutritious food to feed the hungry.

FOOD Share provides services to working poor families, senior citizens, children in afterschool programs, veterans and homeless people.
