Mesa Verde students to play winter concert

The Mesa Verde Middle School music program will present its Winter Concert from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Mon., Dec. 10 in the school's multipurpose room, 14000 Peach Hill Road in Moorpark.

The beginning, intermediate and advanced bands will perform holiday classics under the guidance of instructor Samantha Blake.

Admission is $2 at the door and includes a complimentary program.

This event is open to family, friends and the general public.

Dinner will be available for purchase from 6 to 8:30 p.m., provided by West Coast Pizza and Subway. It's a Grind Coffee House will supply coffee. The Music Boosters will sell drinks and snacks, with all proceeds benefiting the music program.

Guests may also purchase the band's Winter Holiday CD.
