Parvin to work on county commission

The Ventura Local Agency Formation recently appointed Moorpark City Councilmember Janice Parvin as a regular member of the LAFCO commission.

Beginning Jan. 1 she will serve a term from 2008 through 2012.

Parvin currently serves on the commission as the city alternate member.
