The nature of the foundation

This statement is intended to clarify the separate nature of the High Street Theater Foundation and the High Street Arts Center.

The foundation is an independent 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports performing arts programs at various venues in the community, such as the Steve Robertson Youth Theater Workshop at the Boys & Girls Club.

The foundation makes no direct contributions to the High Street Arts Center which is supported by the city of Moorpark. Foundation members are not entitled to discount tickets at citysponsored productions at the High Street Arts Center. Darby Shields President, High Street Theater Foundation
