KCLU to air holiday radio show

The High Street Broadcast's radio Christmas special will be presented Christmas Eve at 9 p.m. Mon., Dec. 24 on KCLUF.M. radio, 88.3.

Although this is the seventh program created by the High Street Broadcast troupe, this show is the first that will be broadcast on the radio station.

The programs are all original songs and comedy sketches done in the style and spirit of a 1940's golden age radio show.

The shows are performed live on stage at the High Street Arts Center in Moorpark.

The program is directed by Devlin Connors, host of the show, and Will Shupe.

Actors include Farley Cadena, Liz Stockton, Anna Graves, Heather Gagnon, Scott Gilbert and Aaron Strange. Music is by Mark Mendelson, Paul Pate, Sam Khosravi with Lucas Miller on drums.

Announcing and live sound effects are by Steve Carlson, editor of the Moorpark Acorn.
