Look for arrowheads on city hike

The City of Moorpark Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department will offer a family "arrowhead hike" along the Seranata Trail from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sun., Feb. 10. Hikers should meet at the Miller Park picnic pavilion at 4530 Miller Parkway in Moorpark.

Participants will learn about the American Indians that lived in this area and have the opportunity to search for and bring home an arrowhead.

The hike is open to all ages. All children attending are guaranteed to "find" a genuine arrowhead that they can keep.
