Arts festival calls for city photos
Kids, adults can submit pictures
      The Moorpark Arts Festival will feature "My Home Town," an exhibit of photographs taken by residents ages 5 and up. Participants must reside, work or attend school in Moorpark. All photographers will be given a disposable camera to shoot their impressions of the city.
