Women's fitness center opens in Simi

Contours Express of Simi Valley has opened a new location at 2311 Tapo St.

Contours Express is a specialized women's circuit training gym with machines designed for women. Its weightbearing resistance equipment offers the benefits of both positive and negative resistance.

The franchise company has more than 600 clubs operating throughout the world.
