Recipe of the week
Meatloaf burgers

2/3 cup canned milk
1 egg
1-1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Combine all ingredients together until mixed. Form into patties. Heat 2 tlbs. oil and fry burgers until done, turning once.
