Country club hosts high school tourney

St. Bonaventura High School of Ventura will host the 18th annual Golf Tournament (Texas Scramble) on Mon., May 19 at the Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive.

Check in will be 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon, followed by dinner and live auction at 5 p.m.

The event will include holein-one prizes, raffle and team prizes.

Single player fees are $195 which includes continental breakfast, sack lunch and dinner. The game pack of $50 includes one mulligan and various golfing contests. Dinner and auction tickets for non-players are $50.
