Musical comic to appear in T.O.

Performances to Grow On will present Canadian singer and comedian Al Simmons at 7 p.m. Sat., May 17 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Simmons fills his familyfriendly shows with gadgets, costumes, songs, vaudevilleinspired routines and puns.

Tickets are $16 for children and $22 for adults, and are available at the Civic Arts Plaza box office or online at www.ptgo.org.
