Theater stages classic tale

The Ojai Art Center Theater presentation of "The Velveteen Rabbit" is continuing through May 18 at the theater, 113 S. Montgomery St., Ojai.

The play is based on the 1922 story by Margery Williams about a shabby toy bunny who is beloved by his child.

Shows are at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $5 for children under 12.
