Youths learn safe swimming in free summer class

      A "Kids Learning to Swim" program will teach about 130 Moorpark children the skills they need to join their friends in the pool.

Neighborhood blood drive
      The Moorpark United Methodist Church will host a blood drive from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sun., June 8 at the church, 261 Flory Ave. Donors will receive free cholesterol testing and a free Dominos pizza. Donors should bring photo ID and donor card.

      Stage Door Theatre's comedy "No Sex Please, We're British" lives up to its name. No sex or nudity here. You won't see anything more than a married couple kissing and a guy in very long (and colorful) boxers. What you do get is plenty of belly laughs.
