Youth receives scholarship for volunteer service
      Chaya Turrow, 15, of Moorpark, has been named a recipient of a regional $1,000 scholarship through the Kohl's Kids Who Care Scholarship program. The program rewards young people who make a difference in their communities through volunteerism.
