Doodle dogs romp for charity

The Southern California seventh annual doodle romp and picnic is scheduled at 1 p.m. Sat., Sept. 6 at a private setting in the Malibu mountains.

Owners of Labradoodles and Goldendoodles and their dogs are invited.

The event includes buffet picnic, food, wine, music, competitions, raffles, auctions, vendors and dog photographer.

The romp is a fundraiser for the Pasadena Humane Society.

Registration deadline is Sat., Aug. 30.
