Sometime between July 19 and Sept. 19 a thief used someone's credit card number to obtain property. The victim lives on Discovery Court.

A known suspect stole money on Sept. 19 from someone living in the 900 block of Spring Road.

Sometime between Sept. 20 and 25, somebody gave a person living on Majestic Court fraudulent checks to cash at the bank.

On Sept. 25 a thief stole more than $400 worth of property from the back of a vehicle on Cornell Circle.

On Sept. 25 a vandal damaged vent hoods at a business in the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

On Sept. 27 a man living on Second Street was arrested, cited and released for public drinking and violation of probation.

On Sept. 28 a man was cited and released for driving recklessly in the Metrolink parking lot in the 300 block of High Street.

A spousal battery occurred on Sept. 30 on University Drive.

A man allegedly involved in receiving stolen property was arrested on Darlene Lane on Sept. 30.

Two people walked out without paying their check at Denny's restaurant in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Oct. 1.

On Oct. 2, illegal fireworks and marijuana were found during a consensual search of a car traveling southbound on the 118 Freeway at Tierra Rejada Road.

On Oct. 2 while seemingly under the influence of illegal drugs, a person hit a parked car in the 50 block of Los Angeles Avenue, then drove away from the scene. She later returned to the scene, reporting that her car had been stolen. Deputies conducted an evaluation on the woman and came to the conclusion that she was high. She was arrested and booked into Main Jail on charges of being under the influence and also for hit and run.

A purse was stolen from a car at a home on Terracemeadow Court on Oct. 2.

On Oct. 2 two political signs were stolen from the front lawn of a home on Sosna Court.

The owner of a residence on Monroe Avenue returned home on Oct. 3 to find a burglar rummaging through dresser drawers.

On Oct. 3 a man living on Majestic Court admitted to deputies that he had stolen a golf cart belonging to the Fountain Apartments complex. He was placed under arrest.

On Oct. 4 thieves entered a home on Elderberry Avenue and stole a purse.

Outside the incorporated city of Moorpark sometime between Sept. 13 and 20 unknown suspects entered a home on Santa Rosa Road and stole property.

On Oct. 2 an incident of driving without a license or with a suspended license took place on Grimes Canyon Road around Waynes Road.

An incident of auto vandalism or burglary took place on Oct. 3 in the 50 block of Majestic Court.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place at the dates and places indicated: sometime between Aug. 24 and Oct. 1 on Stanley Court, Sept. 25 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, Sept. 27 in the 400 block of High Street, Sept. 30 in the 200 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or with a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: Sept. 30 at Campus Park Drive and Collins Drive, Sept. 30 at Los Angeles Avenue at Marketplace, Oct. 1 at Moorpark Road at Tierra Rejada Road, Oct. 1 on Los Angeles Avenue around Leta Yancy Road, Oct. 2 at an unidentified area of Moorpark, Oct. 3 at an unidentified area of Moorpark, Oct. 3 on North Moorpark Avenue, Oct. 4 on Los Angeles Avenue around Marketplace.

Incidents of DUI took place on Sept. 30 on Summerglen Court and on Oct. 2 at 5 West Los Angeles Ave.
